B+ (Bridge Plus) is a startup brand of HCD Learning founded in early 2015. The brand holds simulated online commercial war competition targeted at college students to offer them a platform for social, learning, and job searching. B+ asked Zaiye for creating a platform integrated commerce and game from scratch, designing the online teaming experience, and the vision style of the app and the website

A constant cycle of learning will achieve better jobs

This was a new Internet product, including the online commercial simulation system of MarkSimos. Besides the functions of members entering it as a team, learning, competing then getting ranking, students also could get job opportunities. Students would earn point as a reward according to their performance in the race and mutual evaluations after the race.On the other hand, enterprise HRs could evaluate applicants’ qualifications according to their race points, as a part of after the recruitment process. Moreover, such a cycle could constantly encourage students to learn about commerce.

Seeking visual style between game and commerce

Aimed at college student users, our overall UI tried to set up a young, lively and commercial style to balance the two requests of commercial game and learning for job opportunities, creating a vivid atmosphere via illustrations and game elements. For example, we use radar charts and cards during the game to make after the team-building process more interesting.

The key topic of the game

The core concept of the whole product was "experiential learning," integrated with the game theory of "learning by doing," "experiential learning cycle," "theory of cognitive development" and so on to do the designs. The entire commercial simulation competition would involve commercial concepts, like demand forecasting, strategic product portfolio management, the allocation of resources, and strategic marketing, etc.

Besides websites design, Zaiye design also participated in the promotion of the whole project as well as advertising design. Partnered with B+ team, we made a good balance between deadlines and demands.  We also allocate the whole project into several function modules and develop the project phase by phase, between two teams. Therefore, the website could be launched successfully in a short time.
